B-Rad Industries Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At B-Rad Industries, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of the delivery of the last item in your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

• The customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping.

Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before the order has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Eligible items may instead be returned under the return policy above.

Final Sale Items

The following products are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations except where required by law or if they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom Keychain

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Policy Updates

These return and cancellation rules apply only to purchases made after this policy became effective or was updated.
