Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
